Those who took the enzyme regained full muscle function faster and with much less muscle soreness.
- Participants in another study will supplement with systemic enzyme. As a result, they experienced significantly less muscle pain and tenderness after exercising than those who received only a placebo. In addition, their muscle functions returned to normal more quickly.
